What's included per hour:
- On-site visit by a certified DoorBird technician
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, or repair as directed
- Testing and verification of system performance before completion
Common use cases:
- New DoorBird system installation and mounting
- Network setup, PoE switch configuration, and IP addressing
- App pairing, user setup, and relay programming
- Firmware updates and full system diagnostics
- Hardware replacement, repair, or front panel swap
Minimum booking applies. Hours are billed at the agreed hourly rate and invoiced after service completion. Travel charges may apply depending on location — contact us before booking if you are outside the service area.
