DoorBird IP video intercoms for duplexes, two-flats, triplexes and fourplexes — one door station with a dedicated call button for each residence. Every unit is answered on the resident's phone, so there is no wiring back to individual apartments and no in-unit handsets to service. Available in surface-mount for retrofits into finished masonry, or flush-mount where the backbox can be set during rough-in.

At this size you also choose how residents get in: app and RFID only, a keypad for visitors who shouldn't hold a permanent credential, or fingerprint entry so there is nothing to reissue when a tenant turns over.
