DB Store USA is an authorized partner of DoorBird (Bird Home Automation GmbH), the manufacturer. These terms govern purchases made at dbstoreusa.com.
1. Overview and Acceptance
This website, dbstoreusa.com, is operated by IT IS Commodity, Inc., doing business as DB Store USA ("DB Store USA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
2. Our Products and Authorized-Partner Status
DB Store USA is an authorized U.S. partner of DoorBird and sells genuine DoorBird products — professional-grade IP video intercom and access-control electronics, not general consumer goods. All hardware carries the applicable DoorBird manufacturer warranty. Product photographs, descriptions, and specifications are provided for reference; the manufacturer may update designs or specifications, and minor variations may occur.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and stock availability, but errors can occur. If we identify a pricing or availability error affecting your order, we will contact you before charging or shipping and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or to cancel for a full refund of any amount charged.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to decline or cancel any order, to limit quantities, or to require additional verification — for example, where we suspect fraud, an ordering error, or a breach of these terms. An order confirmation or payment authorization does not constitute acceptance until the item ships.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate. Payment processing and platform transaction fees actually incurred on a sale are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy in the event of an approved return.
6. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty
Delivery of your order is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including its Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requirement, return windows, and deduction terms. Defective or non-working equipment is handled as a manufacturer warranty matter under DoorBird's 24-month warranty via the RMA/repair process at support.doorbirdusa.com, and not as a storefront return.
7. Professional Services
Where you purchase professional services — such as on-site audits, remote or on-site assessments, or technician installation and labor — those services are scheduled after purchase and provided subject to availability and location. Service fees are non-refundable once work has been scheduled and begun. Any estimate of scope or duration is provided in good faith and may be adjusted based on on-site conditions, with your agreement.
8. Warranties and Disclaimer
Genuine DoorBird products carry the manufacturer's 24-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to DoorBird's terms. Except for that manufacturer warranty and any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded, the products and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or use outside the manufacturer's specifications.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DB Store USA's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase or the use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of use, or damages arising from installation or operation of the products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DB Store USA and its officers, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the products, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Intellectual Property
"DoorBird" and related names, logos, and marks are the property of Bird Home Automation GmbH and are used here in connection with authorized resale of its products. All other content on this website — including text, layout, and graphics created by DB Store USA — is the property of DB Store USA or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and you agree that the state and federal courts located in Illinois will have jurisdiction over any dispute not otherwise resolved.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at dbstoreusa.com at the time you place an order governs that purchase. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
