The baseline two-unit station: app control and RFID, without the keypad or fingerprint sensor found on the KV and FV models. It is the sensible pick for a duplex or two-flat where residents will simply use their phones and a fob. Surface-mount construction means it fastens to a finished wall — the common path for retrofit installations.
