Your call is booked as one reserved 30-minute appointment. Thirty minutes is the maximum we hold for you — not a target we need to fill. Plenty of calls are wrapped up in ten or fifteen, and we're happy to finish early once your question is answered. Because the slot is reserved for you either way, the fee is for the appointment rather than the minutes used, so shorter calls aren't pro-rated or partially refunded. If we can't get you sorted within the time, we'll tell you plainly what would be involved next — before anything further is charged.
